Preparations for Florida

How crazy is this?  Two weeks ago we set out to go camping at Lincoln Rock in Eastern Washington.  We were there Sunday to Thursday, got home, did some laundry and then headed out to Las Vegas for another 5 days.  Also a Sunday to Thursday trip.  Again we got home, did some laundry and are now preparing to go to Florida for a couple of weeks.   What a whirlwind.   Somewhere in there I've tried to get a little work done and Tawny's cleaned the house, did a bunch of laundry and managed to pack everything (we hope).

Meanwhile the kids are bouncing off the walls.  Literally, they're bouncing off the walls.  They are way beyond pumped for this trip.  Right now I can hear them running around upstairs.   They haven't sat still for the past two days.  Thursday night it took a good half hour to get them in their rooms before bedtime and another hour before they finally settled down.  Last night, it was even longer.   They are ready to go and aren't afraid to show it.   I'm trying to get a few last minute emails out to clients and I have two kids yakking in my ears about a certain ride, or what's the hotel like, or when are we going?   As soon as I'm done ... and I need a little P&Q in order to get things done.

It's been a long time in the making and the trip is almost here.   Now we just need to make sure we have all 3 kids in the van and the passports.   Here we come FLORIDA!
